I understand that, but the photo showed none of the room. We also tried to get a photo of the kids in the room in the waterfall area and were Stopped by a worker sayin g No Photos inside the room. They had a walk-in talkie to potentially get clues if they got stuck, the the communication back and clues given were extremely poor. To me, he should have intervened and told them they need to work on some of the puzzles before moving on. They initially had to go through the first section, which had 6 puzzles to solve, but somehow found a way to squeeze through to the next area, and afterwards the gentleman said, the kids didn’t solve any of the needed puzzles from the first area since they squeezed through to the next area. The kids did not solve the room to escape. There is a small waterfall inside and there were plastic fish that the kids set inside of the waterfall and the gentleman decided this was out of line and asked that I attend. The escape room to oversee things and also give clues in case they get stuck and don’t know what to do.Īfter about 25 min, he exited the room and asked me to come inside because he said the kids were not listening to him. This gentleman accompanied the kids or whoever is participating I. He promptly stated for myself and my Wife to stay on site in case the kids did not behave, in which case one of us would have to then go inside with them. When we arrived, the gentleman who greeted us was somewhat Short with us and slightly rude, so I was initially a bit concerned being the kids are very excited. I took my son and his 7 friends for his 13th Birthday. However, we found that there was a gas station just a block up the street that had ample perimeter parking spaces. They do not have a parking lot so you are left to street parking. The cost was much more reasonable than some other venues in the area (which is why Puzzle Room got our business). With only a few helps, and a slight time leniency, these "newbies" escaped successfully with only a couple extra minutes graciously allowed. Whenever we got stuck, she offered gentle re-direction of our efforts without just giving us the answer.

The game master was easant, kind and helpful. Our 14th room ever, it was challenging but not excessively difficult so we would think it would appeal to gamers of all levels. The room puzzles were very well thought out and had some unusual twists that made this room a very different experience from any other that we had done thus far. My husband and I did the Sasquatch room and had a blast! It is quite interesting with some very unique aspects.
